How to create your return/ exchange?

  1. Click Return/Exchange Order link in bottom or side menu.
  2. Enter order number and email/phone/pin code.
  3. Select Reason of Return/ Exchange from Dropdown.
  4. Upload Photos (If required).
  5. Submit request.

Please note:

  • We provide refund only in form ONLINE STORE CREDIT in the form of a GIFT CARD.
  • Reverse pickup charge is bearable by the customer for exchanges/returns at INR 100.

  • The Store Credit amount is calculated by reducing the reverse pickup charge of Rs.100 from the price of the product + forward shipping charges Rs. 100.

  • If you are exchanging a product with another product of a lesser value, the balance money will be refunded back into your store credit.
  • If you are exchanging a product with another product of a higher value, the balance amount can be paid for through COD/Net banking or by using your digital wallet amount.
  • If you are returning a product, the amount will be refunded back into your store credit that can be used for purchasing in the future.
  • Digital wallet:  This wallet money can be accessed by logging in to your account. This money can be used for exchange or buying a new product from the website at any given time and will stay in the wallet for as long as the website is active.

Is my purchase eligible for exchange, and how do I exchange my purchase?

If there are any issues with your product, you can raise a replacement or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product.

Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:

Correct and complete product (with the original brand, article number, un-detached “Do Not Remove” tag, product’s original packaging, freebies, and accessories)

The product should be in unused, undamaged, and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears, or holes, no makeup marks, no perfume smell and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/ warranty seals (wherever applicable)

When will I receive the exchanged item?

Once the item dispatched from your end reaches our warehouse, the replacement product will be shipped out to you and will reach you in our standard delivery time i.e. 5 working days for domestic shipments.

When will I receive my credit note/ money in my wallet?

• Once our team has approved your request for return and refund, the money will be automatically refunded into your wallet. You can then use this wallet money to make another purchase.

• We offer refunds into a digital wallet that is integrated with this website in the form of credit notes only.

• The wallet money is valid for 12 Months from date issued and can be used to purchase items on this website only.

Terms and conditions

• Credit notes in the form of wallet money for any returns or exchanges will only be sent to the email address that has been used while purchasing the product.

• Replacements will be offered based on the availability of the product. If we don’t have the replacement product, we’ll be happy to offer you a credit note in store credit.

• We offer replacements, or size exchanges in case of clothing, for the same product or style you have purchased, or for any other clothing product of the same or lesser value.

• International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
